As laws and policies affecting LGBTQ+ people continue to shift, planning ahead is more important than ever. Estate planning is about protecting your relationships, your rights, and your wishes. 

This critical conversation led by attorney Dustin Davis (founder and partner, Evans & Davis) will address the essentials of estate planning for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. We'll cover what legal protections you already have, where gaps may exist, important questions to ask future employers as you advance in your career as a higher ed/secondary school/CBO professional and the steps you can take to safeguard yourself and the people you love.
