Student Leadership in Admissions Virtual Conference

"Training and Retaining"

1-4 p.m.

The Student Leadership in Admissions (SLA) conference is designed to bring together current students working or volunteering in admissions and the staff that direct and support them. We encourage you and your students to join us on Zoom on 2/9 for an afternoon of sharing, discussing and engaging on best practices for training and retaining student employees in admissions.

Proposed topics to be covered include:

  • Best practices for recruiting student employees

  • Onboarding new tour guides

  • How to represent tour guide/student ambassador experience on a resume

  • More to come!

Registration Pricing:

  • Members: $35/staff member, includes 2 students ($5/additional student)

  • Non-Members: $40/staff member, includes 2 students ($10/additional student)

Refund policy: A full refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations that occur on or before February 2, 2024. No refunds will be given after the refund deadline.
