College Fair Registry 

The NYSACAC College Fairs Committee has decided to combine our College Fair Registry with the similar, popular College Fair Registry hosted on the NYC Admissions Recruiters Facebook group. This consolidation of resources allows college representatives who use both registries to now plan their recruitment travel using one spreadsheet. We hope that by providing a running list of college fairs for the upcoming recruitment season and future cycles, we can increase access to important information to all members. 

This spreadsheet is an editable document, and submitting a Google Form for information to your College Fair to be added is no longer required. Please be mindful while editing the spreadsheet, and should you have any questions, email the NYSACAC College Fairs Committee at [email protected]. 

NYSACAC INVITATION AGREEMENTS FOR PARTICIPATING INSTITUTIONS

The following are the recommended practices for college representatives participating in college fair programs:

  • Adding a college fair to the College Fair Registry does NOT imply an invitation has been issued from each host institution. You should NOT ATTEND unless your college HAS BEEN INVITED! If you wish to attend any of the programs, please contact the official host and request an invitation.
  • Letters of invitation should be acknowledged as soon as possible. If your college accepts the invitation, the host school would appreciate having the name and title of the representative. If you accept the invitation, you are expected to attend. Should it become necessary for you to cancel, please notify the host school immediately.
  • Your PROMPT ARRIVAL at host institutions is imperative; please REMAIN UNTIL THE CLOSE of the program.
  • It is the responsibility of every college or university to inform each of their own staff members attending a New York State college fair of this agreement.
