Summer Institute Sponsorships

The New York State Association for College Admission Counseling (NYSACAC) is seeking sponsors for our signature Summer Institute program, being held August 6-9, 2024 at Skidmore College in Saratoga, NY. Summer Institute is a training program for new professionals working in the college admissions field at either the high school or college level. Our energetic and seasoned faculty mentor these emerging professionals who are guiding high school students all over New York State in the college admissions process. Sponsoring this event allows us to share information about your organization with a wide audience of new and experienced college admission representatives, high school counselors, independent counselors, and community-based organization counselors from New York State.

There are several different ways to sponsor Summer Institute 2024:

Pearl: SI water bottles for participants	$500
Bronze: SI t-shirts for faculty	$1,000
Silver: DJ for the annual karaoke social event to close out SI	$1,500
Gold: Recognition dinner for the volunteer SI faculty and presenters	$2,000
Platinum: Exclusive branding of the four items above	$5,000

Sponsorship provides the opportunity to include marketing materials in all participants’ Summer Institute learning materials, your logo imprinted on the program, t-shirts and/or water bottles, acknowledgment on the NYSACAC website, acknowledgment in opening and closing ceremonies verbally and in slide deck, and acknowledgment in social media releases.
