This privacy policy sets out how NYSACAC may share membership email addresses with Third Party Groups.

Third Party Groups will be defined as:
  • NACAC
  • NACAC Affiliate Executive Boards
  • IHE's in Good Standing within NACAC, NACAC Affiliate and NYSACAC
  • Higher Education Consultants and Companies in Good Standing with NACAC (Consultant and Companies that offer services compliant within the Statements & Principles of Good Practice: NACAC's Code of Ethics and Professional Practices)
NYSACAC is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we provide your email information to an above Third Party Group, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Outreach from Third Party Groups to member will be limited to:
  • Surveys
  • Professional Development Opportunities
  • Additional Opportunities that would promote a benefit to NYSACAC Membership
